YouTube as a platform for citizen engagement

HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius called for people to create a flu prevention PSA and submit it over YouTube. The final video, chosen by public vote on the HHS YouTube Channel , was announced by Secretary Sebelius on on September 22nd.
